The use of internet (blog) as the media in classroom is becoming imperative nowadays since students themselves are growing within this digital era. It will be in line with their interest thus it will lead to a more condusive learning atmosphere. This is also one of the emphasis of Indonesia’s latest curriculum, which is curriculum 2013, to promote the computer and information technology in teaching and learning process. In response to this, this article is trying to propose the use of blog, as one of internet application, being a media in teaching English. It is argued that blog can be a place for teacher and students to communicate and discuss the lesson. It, firstly, presents a theoretical basis in the use of Blog and English learning materials for SMK students. Secondly, it discusses the blog contains materials with culture integration in order to make the students to be more aware of culture differences between local culture and target culture. It, next, reviews the sample materials for teaching English. Finally, it concludes how the English materials for the SMK students can be served in Blog.
