Isi artikelThe paper shares some brief strategies in literary teaching. It suggests the interactive approaches to work with literature. A literary theory provides a framework for criticizing and interpreting a literary work. An approach defines a structure for understanding a text. The interactive approach to literature, which has been adopted for the paper, allows readers and budding literary scholars to draw from any of the literary theories while they interpret a text. It also seeks to learn by doing. Interactive exercises attempt to help readers and students understand the text on three levels of complexity: recognition, reflection, and response.
