Tracer study is a research study on the situation of the alumni, especially in terms of job search, employment situation, and use of competence acquisition during college. This study aimed to determine and analyze the effects between learning process that related to aspects of the tracer study (which are aspects of professionalism, teamwork, and mastery in information technology, personal development, integrity, communication, and English) to alumni profiles using Structural Equation Modeling. The result showed that there are significants relationship among tracer study factors. However, only 4 factors that have significant relationship to the alumni profiles, which are: mastery in information technology, personal development, communication, and English. Based on further analysis, 2 learning processes that has priority to be improved are "Usage of English language in Lecturing" and "Improvement of project/task that requires English literature"
