Atma Jaya Catholic University as one of the leading private universities in Indonesia recognize the importance of quality assurance in their education service. Therefore in 2010, Atma Jaya Catholic University has obtained ISO 9001:2008 certification from SGS, ISO certification agency. Implementation of quality management system is expected to improve the control and evaluation of the educational process.This study focuses on the analysis and evaluation of ISO 9001:2008 quality system management with IWA 2 guidance. During the process of evaluating the application of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System, Atma Jaya Catholic University has never used structured methods, but it is done directly by the Audit. This study is a multi-year research, in which the ultimate goal of this research is to conduct quality improvement with cost reduction are measurable at Atma Jaya Catholic University, to implement IWA 2 as a guide for quality improvement continuously on the performance, efficiency and effectiveness of ISO 9001:2008 implementation. The output of this study was limited to an analysis of self-assessment results.
