Land conflicts concerning estate-crops are classical problems faced by the government (colonial or national). However, it has indicated an increasing tension in the post-reformation era. According to the typology, there are 5 aspects involved namely: subject, object, causal factor, claim effort, and settlement effort. This article puts forward an argument that the conflicts arise because of legal, political and psychological aspects. It is worthly to propose that land administration system has to be managed by properly.
