As an agricultural country, the majority of Indonesia's population living as a farmer, but in reality there is a huge gap in the distribution of land. Many farmer have no land and much of the land occupied by large investors, decentralization is not a solution for poor farmers, so the solution is the central government should make policies that defend poor farmers.
