This paper will reply to the methodologicaly's approach and reggression's equation used by former writers. Misused of sample drawing and probably there is collinearity among independent variables caused results of analysis not properly. If the analysis of data did not properly, be caused invalid conclusion. The former writers used purposive sampling for getting sample research from population. From results of hypothesis testing about coefficient of regression, the former writers concluded that only ROE has positive and significance influence to IFR Three others variable have no significance influence to IFR. There is inconsistency between result of coefficient of regression with its testing result for two variables i.e Leverage and Public Ownership. The coefficient of regression both variables said there is positive influence to IFR for Leverage and Public ownership, but result of testing hypothesis said there is no significant influence. This situation occur because the former writers used non random sampling to take the sample for research goal.
