Conflict can be defined as a process that begin when one party perceives that another parties has negative affectation when they have different goal, perception, and work interdepence. Intergroup conflict as one of organizational conflict, has negative and positive influence to organizational performance. It depends on the conflict's types whether it's a funtional conflict or dysfunctional conflict and conflict's level whether it's too much, moderate, or too little conflict. The most important thing that influence organizational performance is how to manage conflict to become functional conflict or in the level of moderate conflict which has positive impact to increase organizational performance. Organization capability in managing conflict is the key of organizational success.(Upload Full-Text_Ali_Desember 2023)
