This research will discuss about the influence of job stress and job satisfaction toward turnover intention. Respondents of this study are 50 employees of Citibank, NA Unified Sales Dept. This study uses regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that work stress affects the turnover intention. While job satisfaction negatively affect turnover intention, which means the higher the level of job satisfaction of employees then the lower the level of turnover intention. Job stress and job satisfaction simultaneuously affect the turnover intention..
