Capital Budgeting Decision, is one of several important strategic decisions, which includes increasing company production capacity. This is due to the need for more capital and other issues such as human resources, sales projection and future financial aspects as well as administration preparatory aspects. PT T is a company in the field of production and presently having problems in inadequate capacity to fulfill client needs. Its present capacity is 720.000 pieces annually, while concumer demand is above capacity, so that it partly subcontracts to other companies. In adding investments, the company wants to increase its productivity. This study objective was (1) to estimate or projects exports in the future, (2) to do a financial analysis if decrease in sales occurs below estimated projection. Analysis will focus on financial aspects and other related aspects, while Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Return of Return (IRR), and Pay Back Period (PBP) measure investment feasibility. Basis for calculation used financial projection results through time series method.
