Isi artikelA study on the effect of transformational leadership towards employee’s performance was conducted at the Communication Center of Department XYZ in Central Jakarta. From a population of 180 people, as many as 124 people were examined using the Slovin formula and the simple random sampling method. Partial analysis results showed that idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration have affected employee’s performance. Furhtermore, it can be said that stimultaneously, idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration will affect employee’s performance at the department of Communication Center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Employee’s performance appraisal was conducted by the employer towards his or her subordinates of the XYZ Department in accordance with the performance appraisal form that was prepared by the department. The analysis and classic test assumptions of this study have also shown that there were no multicolinearity and heteroskedasticity.
