Social and psychological problems of the Junior High School teenagers are not only the problems of concentration difficulty and low learning achievement but also other problems such as free sex, sexual problem, smoking, drug addiction, juvenile delinquency. Consequently, in the global era, the task of a conselor at the Junior High School within the Arch Diocese of Jakarta is very vital and complex. This research is to reveal how significant the contribution of high school conselors is towards the school counseling process. It is also aimed to investigate what strategies are used by the conselors to solve the problems in class according to the factual situation and condition they are facing, whether the school conselours are only to fulfill the requirement needed in the learning process or whether there are effective and efficient techniques used in counseling the students.
