Fair competition in business is a sine qua non prerequisite in the implementation of economic development in any country. The presense of fair competition in business will motivate the growth of the entrepreneurship and the economy will run well in general. Any how, fair competition will not grow automatically, but we must work hard to build it as well as to keep it's existance. Here, the law plays roles, as a social engineering, means of legitimacy an as a social control. In this fashion, the law of fair competition in business is badly needed due it's important role. But there is an other factor which is not less important that is the law enforcement itself. The enforcement of law must be carried out in whole of life, by the society, the economy practicers, government officers as well as in the law officers. Any lawfull attitude and behaviour must be avoided.
