The Study used three designs namely survey, finger print scanning test and observing game activity. Three instruments are used: STIFIn Personality Inventory contained 70 items and seven dimensions of personality, Finger Print Scan Test and the critical thinking Tundra Game. A pilot study was conducted involving 15 respondents to assess the respondents' understanding of the items, suitability and reliability of the inventory items. After the pilot study results were obtained, the actual study was conducted using a total of 99 respondents. They were asked to fill up the STIFIn personality inventory. Further, of the total 99 respondents, 31 respondents were randomly selected to undergo scanning of the fingers for personality profile data. Finally, the observation method used to assess respondents' critical thinking through the critical thinking Tundra Game. The game activity involved 24 respondents and was recorded for the purpose of observation by the panel of evaluators against the critical thinking criteria. Statistical analysis showed that the STIFIn Personality Inventory items have moderate reliability with alpha coefficients in the range of 0.349 to 0.678. But all 70 items showed good reliability and high alpha coefficient 0.849. Only STIFIn Finger Print Scan Test and Critical Thinking showed a significant correlation in this study. This shows that respondents with a high level of critical thinking are those who have Sensing or Thinking personality while respondents with Instinct personality has the lowest critical thinking.
