Isi artikelBusiness environment in indonesia is changing rapidly. On one side, economic crisis destroyed corporations and banking sector in particular. On the other side, the process of globalization is unfortunately inevitable. To respond to this challenge, business sectors have to redefine their strategic policy. However such a transformation has to face political, social and cultural constraints. Implementing good (corporate) governance is a key to resolve the micro and macro weakness of our country. In the future we hope that government and society can manage better their resources and society will be influenced.
