Vulnerability is often cause problems for children who will be reflected in behavior. Problems faced by children can basically be classified into three, namely: (1) physical problem, (2) problems psikhis and, (3) social problems. In this regard as well as optimizing the development of appropriate interventions needed to problematic child behavior. Characteristics and stages and developmental tasks in needed by educators, teachers and parents in the provision of interventions on children. Is one of provision of counseling interventions with general purpose empowering all children's potential in the face of all situations.
