Necessary for the justice to understand the development of its system com ponent and the attainment of its accountability which are obligation, having greater opportunity to be realized. Accountability of the justice may be accomplished when the society and the justice cooperatively construct the control. Accountability of justice does not mean that it may be drawn out of its root that is the society.
