This research aims to develop a theoretical evaluation model of a guidance curriculum which is orientec to accountability. This is a developmental research. Researchers conducted a theoretical model of 5 stages of development as proposed by Gall et al. (2003), include: (1) preliminary studies, (2) literature review, (3) development of hypothetical models, (4) expert judgment, (5) revision, evaluation model of a guidance curriculum which is oriented to accountability consist four type of evaluation, include; evaluation planning, process, outcome, and impact. Each evaluation is done through 5 steps, namely: (1) and evaluation plan, (2) collecting data, (3) data analysis, (4) draw conclusions and recommendations, and (5) writing report and communcate it to the stakeholder. Based on the validation performed by three experts (Prof. Dr. Yetty Supriyati, M.Pd., Prof.. Dr.. Juntika, M.Pd., Dr. Ipah Syarifah, M.Pd.), experts give a good assessment on the evaluation model of a guidance curriculum which is oriented to accountability that have been developed. Experts give a good assessment of the concept and the evaluation procedure. It appears from the median value of each component of the concept and evaluation procedures for 7 to 9. More input is given on the evaluation procedures, including ; Language and Grammar, developmental task of the student as a purpose of guidance curriculum are made based on the level, scale on the problem check list of dichotomy converted into politomi.
