Measuring and analyzing cost of quality are the first step in quality management program. But many company which have got the objective of this research is to find out whether PT.XYZ has reached the optimal point of cost of quality. If PT.XYZ has reached this point, this company could earned maximum net profit. Author used Income Statement to analyze the component of expense, and clasify them into cost of quality based on the ABC. The result of this research show that on 2004, total cost of quality was Rp 154.876.000.000, 4,87 % of sales. On 2007, total cost of quality was Rp 163.693.000.000, 4,62% of sales.
