Isi artikel
It is peculiar irony that there is continuous misunderstanding and distortion to the theory of karl marx, even in the age when there are unlimited access to the sources. Among all of those misunderstandings is the idea of marx's materialism, which is understood as the paramount psychological motive of human is his / her wish for monetary gain and comfort, and this striving for maximum profit constitutes the main incentives in the life of human race. Complementary to this is the widespread assumption that marx neglected the improtance of the individual, he had neither respect nor understanding for the spiritual needs of human, his ideal was the well fed and well clad but soulless person and the idea that marx is an economist with inferior economic theories. In this short writing, I demonstrate that marx theory, does not assume that the main motive of human is one of material gain, the very aim of mar is to liberate people from the pressure of economic needs, that marx is primarily concerned with the emancipation of people as an individual and karl marx is not an economist.
