Isi artikel
Running an Association of Language Teachers: Directions and Opportunities is a comprehensive guide to assist neophytes as well as experienced volunteers in organizing, setting up, and running a community-based language association. The British Council has extended its previous publication Developing an Association for Language Teachers: An Introductory Handbook, based on developments in the field and requests that have arisen from past IATEFL conferences. This new handbook includes information on technological innovations that have helped teachers to connect with other like-minded individuals across the globe and to help provide support and training. They have also included information on fundraising and how to maintain membership because this seems to be a growing difficulty for many organizations.
