Isi artikelThe 1994 International conference on population and development (ICPD) programme of action calls for the promotion of reproductive health in addititon to family planning. This paper identifies some behavioral factors among healt care provides (HCPs) and clients which can influence the success of integrated programs as a mechanism for meeting reproductive at two family planning clinics in low income, urban north jakarta throughout 1997, allowed for in depth analysis of behavioral factors related to RTI/STD management, involving an intervention of on going training and coaching for a total of 14 HCPDs. During the observation periods, health care providers were generaly eager to learn and perform new high tech tasks, such as pelvic examination an specimen collection....
