Isi artikelRoller Mill machine is a critical machine, which is used in PT. ISM Bogasari Flour Mills. Roller Mill machine plays an important rote in Bogasari. The company is faced with downtime problem which is caused by spare part failure and empty critical spareparts in the warehouse because the company didn t find the best inventory method which is suitable for their sparepart. Machine downtime problem is needed to be minimized with an accurate maintenance schedule which count the machine Availability and spareparts performance Before that, we must look for the critical spareparts first from Roller Mill machine. The best inventory method for ctitical spareparts is found by compare the least inventory cost from Periodic Review System, Quantinuous Review System and Min Max System. The best inventory method is method with least inventory cost. The new design of maintenance information system will give information quickly (program), exactly (use an exact formula), completely (give all information about maintenance and inventory of spareparl ), and scheduling ( consist of substitution time and check up time for the critical spareparts ).
