Local legislative council is regional representative body which have an important task to realize the rights and interests of the local community. disabled people are also citizes who have same right as ordinary people. For this reason the rights and interest of disabled people should be respected. The demands, which is still done by disabled people in Bantul, shoow that the policy made by local legislative in Bantul still not appropriate whith the interests of disabled people in Bantul. This study aims to design a synergy between the local legislative Council in BAntul with disabled people to realize rpo monority policy in Bantul. The reserch's method used qualitative approach. To collect primery data used interviews, focus group discussions and supported by secondary data. The result show that is needs standardization of policies that fit with the interests of disabled people in Bantul. The concept of synrgy could be offered as alternative solution. Local legislative council in Bantul can not work alone, they require a synergy with other parties, especially the government and the private sector Bantul.
