The pressure that come from either physiological and emotional conditions, or from the environment are, among others what makes adolescence a difficult period. These pressures and problems, however are there for adolescent to pave the way to reach their personal and emotional maturity in the future. Adolescents are thus encouraged not to climinate the pressures and problems but to develop a constructive approach to problem solving. The long path for them to learn to cope with the pressures and problems needs family support, open communication, a chance to grow on their own, an experience of success and independence, an implementation of cultural, religious, and moral values.
