Child abuse particularly in sex is now a global problem that occurs almost worldwide. The child sexual abuse has dimension of human rights violations especially for children's rights which are universally legalized. The data showed that child sexual abuse take the first rank out of other acts of violence experienced by children such as physical, psychological and economical. Socio¬economic conditions and poor quality of life of children also become easier for children to be the victims of violence especially sexual violence. Ironically sexual violence experienced by children are actually performed by people nearby such as parents, siblings, teachers and loved ones in all environments, such as home, school, neighborhood and social sharing. Instruments and legal devices are designed to protect children from all kinds of violence especially sexual violence as stipulated in various laws. Regulations are adequate but weak in implementation. Parents and families should be the frontline in protecting and safeguarding children from all forms of violence especially sexual violence.
