Coal gasification is a process to convert coal into methane through the breaking of carbon chain at high temperature. The general problem of coal gasification is the temperature drop and methane leak in the coal inclusion. Therefore, the coal gasification unit will be designed to minimalize the temperaure drop in the coal inclusion. The coal gasification unit will be designed with a capacity of 100 kg.
