Indonesian traditional posseses, various kind of traditional healers to heal various complain. Therefor reproduction healthy condition not yet like an expectant, therefore to carry out survey to get data principal ingredients and plants kind to use for reproduction system complaint. Survey was conducted in West Sumatera and West Southeast Island Province. Traditional healers ingredients age more than 17 years old and to hold for respondent. Discriptif analysis to carry out and which to be difference ingredients either plants in ingredients in the two province. Efficacy and safety plants in ingredients were investigated. The result of survey showed that a lot of ingredients in West Sumatera and West Shoutheast Island complaint for reproduction system disorder. The ingredients either plants to use difference in the two province. Efficacy and safety investigated from plants to use in ingredients possible to carry on efficacy and safety ingredients.
