In health service company, the existence of cross function a team is common. This study intended to examine the influence of cross functional team to total quality service. The dimension of cross functional team are, organizational context, interna process and outcome. The findings of this study revealed that only outcome is significantly influence the total quality service. The implication will be discussed.
