However, for famous and favourite doctor, queuing time usually become the main problem to patient. Beside the queue for the doctor treatment itself, complaint from patient especially happens in long procedure and time needed for registration process. For this reason, this paper focuses only on registration process system. Proposed registration system is divided in 3 parts: doctor scheduling, registration, and confirmation service system. These three integrated systems are developed mainly to increase the time efficiency and accuracy of data.
