This study entitled the influence of the fee-based income toward the profitability of PT.Bank Syariah Mega Indonesia. This research is using the development of the fee-based income and profitability of PT.Bank Syariah Mega Indonesia from 2005-2011. Through the case study method, the data obtained were analyzed and further processed by using linearity test and simple linear regression analysis. The test results show that linearity F is 3.759 which is greater than 0.05, so it linear. While based on statistical calculations via a simple linear regression analysis it is known that the fee-based income as independent variables have a positive correlation to profitability using ROA, the obtained question Y=-300.128+004"+" sign in the equation indicates that the two variables X and Y observed positive effect. While the figure of 300.128, which means that every increase of Rp 1, -fee-based income will be followed by the increase in profitability that use measures of ROA of 004%, and vice versa every drop of Rp1, -fee-based income will be followed by a decline in profitability using ROA at 004% size.
