In the business world's competition, companies require their employees to give high performance by working very effective and efficient. This condition may cause employee to experience working stress. The objective of this research is to find out the relation between factors that affecting working stress with employee performance of PT.Tonga Tiur Putra. The research shows that there is a low relation from environment factor (0,317) and medium with organization (0,624) to employee performance. However, research shows a high relation between individual factors with employee performance. Further more, all three factors contribute a medium relation (0,561) to employee performance.
