The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of compensation, career development, work environment and work experience to motivation and employee performance. In addition, this study also aims to test and analyze the influence of compensation, career development work environment and work experience to their job performance is mediated by employee motivation. Type of research is a case study, namely research on a particular subject and object, in this case was conducted in Publishing and Printing Canisius, Cempaka Street 9 , Deresan, Yogyakarta. The study population is all employees Publishing and Printing Canisius, while the sample taken 30 people. Data obtained by using a questionnaire and documentation. Description of survey data for all variables can be summarized as follows: compensation that is reasonable given the company (46,67%); career development including satisfactory category (56,67%); work environment that is supporting them in their work ( 50%); the bulk of the respondents were categorized as experienced in working (43,44%); employee motivation can be categorized as very high (70%) and; employee performance can be categorized as very good (70%). The first hypotesis indicates that there is a significant and positive influence compensation, career development and work environment and work experience of employee motivation. This is shown from the calculation (ßCompensation: 0.324; ?Compensation: 0,027; ßCareer Development: 0.772; ?Career Development: 0.008; ßWork Environment: 0.687; ?Work Environment 0.006; and ßWork Experience: 0.389; ?Work Experience: 0.018). A value of 0.733 which means 73.3% of work motivation is influenced by compensation, career development, work environment and work experience. The second hypothesis indicates that there is a significant and positive influence compensation, career development, work environment and work experience have a positive and significant impact on employee performance (ßCompensation: 0.238; ?Compensation: 0.033; ßCareer Development: 0.297; ?Career Development: 0.010; ßWork Environment: 0.204: ?Work Environment: 0.0044; and ßWork Experience: 0.301; ?Work Experience : 0.049). A value of 0.689 which means 68.9% job performance is influenced by compensation, career development, work environment and work experience. The third hypothesis indicates that positive and significant influence compensation, career development, work environment and work experience to their job performance is mediated by employee motivation. The result of path analysis, the magnitude of the direct influence of variable compensation, career development, work environment and work experience together amounted to 1.04 while the indirect effect of 4.91.
