Isi artikelGantry system is a material handling equipment which functions to move objects from one place to another. The aims of this research are (1) designing and prototyping a gantry system, and (2) applying labVIEW Vision Software controller using visual media from the camera (webcam) as the input position on the gantry prototype. Microcontroller was used as hardware communication control between machine and computer. As the results, gantry system can be run as sequential steps planning. However, there are some deficiencies in the system performance because unperfect of prototype making and programming.
