Isi artikelThis research of "Sealed-off "CO2 laser used on photoacoustic detector has been done. The aim of this research is optimalization of the output power of sealed-off CO2 laser. Output power as a function of gases mixture composition and of gas presure are presented. The result of the research showed that the output power depends on the composition of the gas mixture. The optimum of output power has been obtained as 0,65 Watt on the composition of gas He:CO2:N2 = 6:2:1 and the partial presure is 86:124:95 mBar. Total presure of gas is 40 mBar, power supply voltage is 11,36 kV, and current 9,8 mA. The stability of the optimum power is 115 manutes.
