The main purpose of this research was to find out the influence of self-efficacy training in enhancing secondary students’ math achievement. This research was conducted to identify the difference between the math achievement of those who received the treatment and those who did not. Data collected used math test, self-efficacy test and arithmetic test. Forty eight students participated in this research were divided randomly into two groups, i.e.experimental and control. Result showed that there is no differences in math achievement between the two groups (t=1,687; p=0,098). T test for gain score shows that selt-efficacy training isn’t effective enough to enhance math achievement.
