Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim of investigate whether related factors such as health consciousness, environmental awareness, subjective norms, food safety consciousness, and availability influence the purchase intention of organic food, with attitude toward p organic food as a mediator. The questionnaire was distributed online to 386 respondents using Google Form as the media. In processing the data, this research used Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 27 software and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Mode (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS4 software.
The results of the study suggest that attitude towards organic food plays a significant role in influencing purchase intention, fully mediating the relationship between food safety consciousness and purchase intention. Additionally, attitude towards organic food partially mediates the relationship between subjective norms and availability with purchase intention. However, health consciousness and environmental awareness do not directly influence purchase intention but may indirectly affect it through attitude towards organic food.
