The main problem of this research is satisfaction of work’s employee. The formulation problem of this research : what is relationship among organizational commitmen and demografic factors with satisfaction of work'’ employee. tHe goal of this research is to know relationship among organizational commitment and demografic factors with satisfaction of work’s employee. The theory which is used in this research is theory of satisfaction of work’s employee, theory of organizational commitment and theory of demografic factors. The hypothesis organizational commitment and demografic factors with satisfaction of work employee. The instrument used to get data is quationaire. Pearson product moment analysis is used.
