The main problem of this research is performance of teacher. The formulation problem of this research : what is relationship among application of integrated quality management and echievement of motivation with performance of theacher. The goal of this research is to know relationship among application of integrated quality management and achievement of motivation with performance of theacer. The theory which is used in this research is theory of integrated quality management, theory of achievement of motivation, theory of performance of teacher. The hypothesis of this research is that there is relationship among application of integrated quality management and achievement of motivation with performance of teacher. The instrument use to get data is quationaire. Person product moment analysis is used.
