Nowadays, industrial field needs a device that can operate automatically to increase the productivity; less of production time; decrease production cost and eliminate the routine and boring operation that usually must be handled by mankind. One of alternative solution which can operate automatically is the use of automatic painting device. This paper discussed the design of automatic painting device by using microcontroller as controller, electro-pneumatic as actuator and the operation will be operated automatically. The result showed that this system was satisfied and needed 15 seconds in one cycle process.
