As educators, teachers have an active role in helping students' learning processess in the classroom. Understanding individual differences among the students will enhance the teachers' active roles. An attempt to observe the background of various student behaviour and to understand the goal of observing the individual differences would inspire the teachers to find models for class room interaction which are necessary for their active role in the teaching learning process.
