People communicate by means of verbal and nonverbal behaviours. They express the verbal behaviour in the form of language (such as Indonesian, French, Chinese, Japanese) an the nonverbal behaviour in the form of body movements or gestures, kissing, hugging, whistling, caressing, facial appearance or sound quality. In a conversation, both verbal and non verbal behaviour are used simultaneously, but sometimes people communicate only by means of nonverbal behaviour. The nonverbal behaviour accompanying the verbal behaviour may emphasize certain implications to the meaning carried by the verbal behaviour.
