Study of Bioactivity of Piper betle leaf extract to rice weevil (S. Oryzae L) was studied in the laboratory. The aim of this study to know the bioactivity of P betle leaft extract rice weevil S oryzae. The insect used in the study were the larvae extract to rice weevil stages of S oryzae L. The result of this study show the extract of P. betle was able to unhibit larvae development of S oryzae even to kill larvae stages using the extract was influence to the duration of the larvae and pupal stages and the adult emerged from them. There was tended to the highest of the concentration of the treatment, the highest of the concentration of the treatment, the highest bioactivity of betle leaf extract to ward S Oryzae.
