A sheet roof of glass fiber reinforced thermoset plastics (GFRP) is designed for applicating in commercial building which is used for low slope and corrosion environment such as on coastal area or chemical attach. This paper described how to design, to manufacture, and to test the FIBREalum IFA 760SD of GFRP sheet roof. The first step design is defined corrugated geometry, thickness, and characteristic of composite material. The next step is how to choose the method of manufacture, and finally how to test the sheet roof with any static loads. The composite material properties are depend on type and volume fraction of constituent materials such as matrix and reinforcing fiber. Ultimate tensile strength, tensile modulus, and flexural strength are found by testing some samples of IFA 760SD material according to ASTM standards. The roof sheets are produced with pultrusion method on a continuous laminating machine. Some pieces of roof sheet are tested to know their response from any concentrated loads according to AS4040.1. The resulting of design and test indicated that FIBREalum IFA 760SD is passed to engineering criterion as a good composite sheet roof.
