Eradiction of corruption is a major reform agenda in Indonesia, but after 14 years of reform (from 1998 to 2012) corruption preception index has not been changed significantly. For example, transparency internatonal's survey reveals the from 2001 to 2011 the corruption perception index rose from 1.9 points to 3.0 points. It is clear that the number Indonesia of the CPI increased only 2.1 point for the past ten years; of course this is not the significant. There are several issues. Firtsly, the corruption eradiction in Indonesia is currently only in the corruption of high offials and politicians. Secondly, the corruption eradiction is less effective in the lower level of public sercices such as the welfare programs in rural communities. Because of that, this paper suggest that media work should to advocate and provide information for villagers to eradicate corruption.
