Good governance is a credo in beraucracy practise after the New order regime. In accordance with the principles of democracy, the government should follow the spirit such as the diversity, equality, accountability, transparency, and law-abiding. However, it is difficult to be implemented. Corruption and abuse of power the main problem. Even though, direct election and turning elite happen, the number of corruption is still high. This paper ecamine that decentralisation also spreads the corruption from the central government to local goverment. This article attempts to identify corruption and then suggests for the eradiction of corruption in Indonesia.
