This paper is to investigate the relationship between rational thinking and loneliness. Rational thinking is a way of thinking which assists continuity of life and happiness of men. It helps people to accept objective facts enabling them to live comfortably in the society, mingle with people, get involved with productive works, and enjoy hobbies selected, Loneliness, on the other hand, is an unpleasant experience where people are not satisfied with their surrounding, This paper attempts to provide input to combat loneliness.
