The characteristic of this observation is descriptive qualitative that have been done in location and laboratory. Samples of the water were taken purposive sampling. The purpose of this observation is to know the criteria water quality that based on stratification in PP Nomor 82 Year 2001 about management of water quality and reinstation of water pollution. Based on result of the observation and comparation physics, anorganoic chemistry and bacteriologys can be taken the result that quality of water stratification in PP Nomor 82 Year 2001 about management of water quality and reinstation of water pollution from 5 samples had been analyzed known that all of the samples were included the quality of water criteria class IV that the water can be use for flow through the plantation and for quality of water at the same purpose. The other allocation for this observation is for construction planning area Terminal Type A Km. 17 Kecamatan Gambut Kabupaten Banjar.
