Foreign investment and foreign debt are economic indicators that still indebted. It will affect a country’s economic growth. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of foreign debt and foreign investment on economic growth in Indonesia. This study is an analysis of secondary data gathering. The data used are time series data from the year of 1981 until year of 2010. The analysis method is the linear regression model. Where economics growth was use indicators of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) as the dependent variable and real foreign debt and foreign investment as independent variable. Based on the result obtained significant difference between economic growth simultaneously with foreign debt, foreign investment. The third level of influence of this variables for percent, while 57,4 percent, while 42,6 percent are influenced by other factors not examined in this study. However, debt and foreign investment have significant influence with the probability of 5 percent. Foreign debt variables obtained probability equal to 0,094 with a positive direction, this indicates that foreign debt has significant positive effect on economic growth in Indonesia and foreign investment variables probability equal to 0,003 with a positive direction. This also indicates than foreign investment also has significant positive effect on economic growth in Indonesia.
