Global crisis has been spreading out the pessimism to the world. The crisis in US and Europe caused the slowdown in average growth of the world, impacting the slowdown of other countries economic activities. The crisis should be tackle using the right design of public policy. The paper will overview the design of public policy, in monetary policy, fiscal policy, and sectoral policy to deal with the crisis. The method is descriptive analysis combined with some quantitative methodology. The analysis found that Indonesia should take several policy actions either ini fiscal policy, monetary policy, or sectoral policy to handle the crisis and also mitigate the risk.
